The paid teaser is a full interactive simulator scenario designed around unconstrained demand, budgeting by segment, pace, and displacement, so you practice like a revenue manager. Most learners complete a run in about 180–360 minutes (and you can replay to improve).
What is Simulator?
The Hotel’s Future Simulator is a practice-first training environment that mirrors how revenue decisions are made in real hotels. Instead of learning RM in isolation, you work across a realistic ecosystem of tools , modeled after the systems revenue teams use every day: PMS, Channel Manager (CHM), BI dashboards, RMS logic, and CRM insights. Depending on the scenario, you may use the full stack or only the systems that matter for that specific skill.
Inside the simulator, you’ll interface with tools, analyze performance signals, and make data-driven decisions the way you would on the job, tracking pace, mix, targets, and outcomes as the booking window moves toward arrival. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Hotel’s Future (“Hotel’s Future,” “we,” “us,” “our”) governing your purchase of, access to, and use of our standalone digital revenue management simulator scenario and related materials (collectively, the “Simulator”).
The Simulator is an interactive educational product designed to help learners practice hospitality revenue management decision-making through simulated booking requests and analytics/reporting.
These Terms apply only to the Simulator offer described at checkout and do not govern any future membership subscriptions, learning paths, or broader platform features unless and until you separately agree to additional terms.
By purchasing, accessing, or using the Simulator, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference, if presented/available where you purchase or access the Simulator). If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Simulator.
Hotel’s Future is operated and managed by Zdenek Kures, self‑employed freelancer.
We may modify these Terms by posting updated Terms where the Simulator is offered or accessed. Changes apply:
Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 18 to purchase the Simulator. If you are at least 16 but under 18, you may use the Simulator only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
If access requires an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.
Simulator access is licensed to a single individual (the account holder). You may not share, sell, transfer, sublicense, assign, or otherwise provide access to any other person.
Prices are displayed at checkout in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We may use third‑party payment processors. You agree to their terms and conditions when you complete the payment. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
If the product page/checkout states “lifetime access,” this means access for the lifetime of the Simulator offering, i.e., for as long as we continue to make the Simulator available for access in substantially the same form. Lifetime access is not a guarantee that the Simulator will be available forever and does not mean access for your lifetime regardless of product discontinuation, platform changes, legal requirements, or technical constraints.
We may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or replace the Simulator (including its datasets, reports, modules, UI, or underlying logic) at any time. Where reasonably practicable, we will aim to maintain access for users who purchased lifetime access; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or perpetual availability.
If we permanently discontinue the Simulator, we may, at our discretion, provide you with access to a materially equivalent replacement experience and/or issue a reasonable credit or Refund in Tips for the discontinued Simulator, subject to applicable law and these Terms.
If you purchase the Simulator directly from Hotel’s Future (i.e., not via Udemy or any other third‑party marketplace), you may be eligible for our “Risk‑Free when you buy direct” launch offer. Under this offer, we will credit 100% of your purchase price back to your account as Tips at the time of the official launch of the Hotel’s Future platform (the “Launch”). Tips credited under this offer are not cash, are non-transferable, and may only be redeemed on Hotel’s Future as permitted at Launch.
This offer applies only to direct purchases and does not apply to purchases made through third‑party platforms (including Udemy). Third‑party purchases are subject to the third party’s billing and refund rules, and we cannot issue Tips credits for those transactions.
We reserve the right to refuse, reverse, or withhold Tips credits where we reasonably suspect fraud, chargebacks, abuse, account sharing, or other violations of these Terms.
Tips under this offer will be credited at Launch and require an active account in good standing at that time.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Simulator solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
You may not, and may not permit others to:
If the Simulator provides a notepad/notes feature, you may use it to store your personal learning notes. You remain responsible for what you enter, and you should not enter confidential third‑party data you are not authorized to share.
7. Refund Policy (Simulator)
Because the Simulator is a digital product with immediate access, refunds are limited as follows.
Because the Simulator is a digital product with immediate access, cash refunds are not available. If you are not satisfied, you may submit a request for a Refund in Tips within 14 days of purchase, provided that: (a) your usage is below 20% of the Simulator experience (measured by progress/completions/time/activities as reasonably determined by our systems), and (b) we do not detect refund abuse or policy circumvention.
If approved, the Refund in Tips will be credited at the time of the official launch of the Hotel’s Future platform (Launch) (not immediately). Refunds are issued exclusively as Tips, are not cash, and are non-transferable. If cashback Tips or promotional benefits were awarded for the purchase, the refunded Tips amount may be reduced by the value already awarded.
Upon approval of a refund, your access to the Simulator will be revoked immediately.
We reserve the right to deny any refund (including Refunds in Tips), revoke awarded Tips (including cashback), and/or suspend or terminate access if we suspect abuse, including repeated refund requests, excessive consumption prior to refund, fraud, sharing access, or other suspicious activity.
Where applicable, by purchasing and accessing the Simulator, you expressly consent to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be limited or lost once performance has begun, as permitted by applicable law—subject always to any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.
You acknowledge that Tips functionality may not be available prior to Launch. Any Tips credits owed under these Terms (including Refunds in Tips and any promotional Tips credits) will be issued only once Tips are available and operational at Launch. If we reasonably determine that an account is ineligible due to fraud, chargebacks, access sharing, or other violations of these Terms, we may withhold or reverse Tips credits.
The Simulator is an educational training environment. It may simplify reality and may not model all real-world hotel dynamics. For example, the Scenario may intentionally exclude cancellations, no-shows, or overbooking in order to focus learning on core decision-making and RevPAR optimization.
You are solely responsible for how you apply any learning from the Simulator in real business contexts.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Simulator and Content (including scenario design, datasets, reports, workflow, UI, and evaluation logic) are owned by Hotel’s Future and/or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
“Hotel’s Future” and associated names/logos are trademarks and may not be used without prior written permission.
If the Simulator allows you to submit content (e.g., comments, reviews, notes shared to others, uploads) (“User Content”), you represent you have the rights to submit it and it does not violate law or third-party rights.
To operate and improve the Simulator, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display User Content only as necessary to provide the Simulator and related support and operations.
We may remove User Content that violates these Terms.
The Simulator may include links to third-party resources. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.
You may stop using the Simulator at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms (including sharing access or copying Content), or if required for security or legal compliance.
Upon termination/expiration:
THE SIMULATOR AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content, forecasts, benchmarks, or simulated outputs, nor any specific learning or business outcomes.
We do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOTEL’S FUTURE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.
IN NO EVENT SHALL HOTEL’S FUTURE’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SIMULATOR IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limits may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hotel’s Future and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your access to or use of the Simulator, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic (Czechia), without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) International Court of Arbitration under its rules. The arbitration shall take place in Prague, Czechia, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You and Hotel’s Future agree to bring claims only in your individual capacities, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
Nothing prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief for data security, intellectual property infringement, or unauthorized access.

Welcome to Hotel’s Future! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hotel’s Future (referred to as “Hotel’s Future,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By registering for an account, accessing, or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. Hotel’s Future is operated and managed by Zdenek Kures, a self-employed freelancer. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Platform.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on the Platform. The revised Terms will become effective immediately for new users and 30 days after posting for existing users. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If a material change is made, we will provide reasonable notice via email or through the Platform.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

We offer two membership tiers:
Paid memberships are billed in advance on a monthly basis and will automatically renew until canceled. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
We may offer free trials to new subscribers. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, we will automatically charge your payment method for the first subscription period at the then-current rate.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our subscriptions. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at the start of the next billing period.
In addition to subscription memberships, we offer individual courses and Learning Paths for one-time purchase. Course and Learning Path prices are displayed on the respective pages and may vary based on content, length, and instructor.

Your subscription provides access to Content for the duration of your active membership. We do not guarantee lifetime access to any Content. If your subscription ends, your access to subscription-only Content will terminate.
We reserve the right to remove or modify Content at any time for any reason. While we strive to maintain all Content, we do not guarantee that any specific Content will remain available indefinitely.

The Learn&Earn program allows users to earn “Tips” by engaging with the Platform. Tips can be redeemed for discounts on subscriptions or individual courses and other benefits as described in our Learn&Earn Program Rules.
Tips are earned through specified activities, including course completion, forum participation, and referrals. Earning rates may change with notice.
Tips can be redeemed for benefits specified in our program materials. Redemption values may change with notice.
Tips do not expire after being earned unless otherwise specified. Tips are forfeited upon account termination or prolonged inactivity (6+ months).
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Learn&Earn program at any time with 30 days’ notice. In case of program termination, you will have 90 days to redeem accumulated Tips.
Tips may be issued as refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy (see Section 5.10). Tips issued as refunds are subject to the same terms and conditions as other Tips, including expiration, non-transferability, and forfeiture upon account termination or prolonged inactivity. Tips issued as refunds cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another user.
We reserve the right to deny any refund (including Refunds in Tips), revoke awarded Tips (including cashback), and/or terminate or suspend your account if we suspect abuse of the refund, cashback, or loyalty program policies. IN NO EVENT SHALL HOTEL’S FUTURE’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO HOTEL’S FUTURE DURING THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hotel’s Future and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by the International Chamber of Commerce International Court of Arbitration under its rules. The arbitration shall take place in Prague, Czechia, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction
YOU AND HOTEL’S FUTURE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Nothing in these Terms will prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from the courts for matters related to data security, intellectual property, or unauthorized access to the Platform.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Hotel’s Future on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hotel’s Future concerning the Platform.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without Hotel’s Future’s prior written consent. Hotel’s Future may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, government action, labor disputes, or Internet service disruptions.
