1. Introduction
Welcome to Hotel’s Future! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hotel’s Future (referred to as “Hotel’s Future,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Platform”).
1.1 Acceptance of terms
By registering for an account, accessing, or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. Hotel’s Future is operated and managed by Zdenek Kures, a self-employed freelancer. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Platform.
2. Definitions
- “Content” means all text, information, data, materials, images, videos, audio, and other content available on or through the Platform.
- “Instructor Content” means Content created, uploaded, or provided by industry experts and instructors.
- “User” means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether registered or not.
- “Membership” means digital subscription-based access to our Platform at different tiers.
- “Learning Path” means a curated bundle of courses, tools, and scenario simulators designed for a specific hospitality role or skill set, available for individual purchase or as part of a Membership.
- “Tips” means the loyalty points earned through our Learn&Earn loyalty program.
- “Refund in Tips” means a refund issued in the form of Tips (loyalty points) credited to your account, which may be redeemed for eligible purchases on the Platform, subject to the Learn&Earn Program Rules. Refunds in Tips are not cash, non-transferable, and may be subject to expiration as described in Section 7.
3. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on the Platform. The revised Terms will become effective immediately for new users and 30 days after posting for existing users. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If a material change is made, we will provide reasonable notice via email or through the Platform.
4. Account Registration and Eligibility
4.1 Account Creation
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@hotelsfuture.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
4.3 Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are under 18 but at least 16 years old, you may use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
4.4 One Account Per User
Each user may maintain only one active account. Multiple accounts owned by the same user may be terminated without notice.
5. Memberships, Individual Courses, and Payment Terms
5.1 Membership Tiers
We offer two membership tiers:
- Explorer (Free): Basic access to selected content and features
- Innovator ($119/month): Enhanced access to premium content and features
5.2 Membership Pricing
- All membership prices are displayed in USD (United States Dollar) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
- Payment is required in full at the time of purchase
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during checkout
5.3 Subscription and Billing
Paid memberships are billed in advance on a monthly basis and will automatically renew until canceled. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
5.4 Free Trials
We may offer free trials to new subscribers. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, we will automatically charge your payment method for the first subscription period at the then-current rate.
5.5 Digital Membership Access and Subscribtion Cancellation
- By subscribing to our digital membership, you expressly consent to immediate access to digital content
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellation will stop future billing but your access will continue until the end of your current paid period
- No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods
5.6 Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our subscriptions. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at the start of the next billing period.
5.7 Individual Course and Learning Path Purchases
In addition to subscription memberships, we offer individual courses and Learning Paths for one-time purchase. Course and Learning Path prices are displayed on the respective pages and may vary based on content, length, and instructor.
5.8 Course and Learning Path Access
When you purchase an individual course or a Learning Path:
- You receive access to that specific course or Learning Path content for the period specified on the course page
- Access is limited to the registered account holder only
- Access rights are non-transferable and non-assignable
5.9 Course and Learning Path Pricing and Payment
- All course and Learning Path prices are displayed in USD (United States Dollar) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
- Payment is required in full at the time of purchase
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during checkout
- Price changes will not affect courses or Learning Path already purchased
5.10 Digital Products and Refund Policy
For Courses and Learning Paths
- If you are not satisfied with a purchased Course or Learning Path, you may request a Refund in Tips within 14 days of purchase, provided you have accessed less than 20% of the total lessons or content
- Refunds are issued exclusively as Tips (loyalty points) credited to your account. No cash refunds will be provided
- If you received cashback Tips as part of your purchase, the amount of Tips refunded will be reduced by the amount of cashback already awarded
- We reserve the right to deny any refund (even in Tips) and/or block your account if we suspect abuse of the refund policy, including but not limited to repeated refund requests, excessive consumption of content prior to refund, or other suspicious activity
- Refund requests must be submitted through your account or by contacting support at hello@hotelsfuture.com
- Upon approval of a refund, access to the refunded Course or Learning Path will be revoked immediately
For EU Customers:
By purchasing a Course or a Learning Path, you expressly consent to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is limited as described above.
For US and International Customers:
Our refund policy is part of these Terms of Service and is clearly displayed during the checkout process. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions for refunds as described above, including that refunds are only available in Tips (loyalty points), subject to the stated time and usage limits, and that no cash refunds will be provided.
Digital Membership Cancellation and Refunds
- By subscribing to a digital Membership, you expressly consent to immediate access to all digital content and resources available under your Membership tier
- Membership payments are final and non-refundable, except as described below
- You may request a Refund in Tips within 3 days of your initial Membership purchase, provided you have accessed less than 20% of the available content or resources. Refunds are not available for renewals or after the 3-day window
- Refunds are issued exclusively as Tips (loyalty points) credited to your account. No cash refunds will be provided
- If you received cashback Tips as part of your Membership purchase, the amount of Tips refunded will be reduced by the amount of cashback already awarded
- Upon approval of a refund, your Membership will be cancelled and access to all premium content and resources will be revoked immediately
- We reserve the right to deny any refund (even in Tips) and/or block your account if we suspect abuse of the refund policy, including but not limited to repeated refund requests, excessive consumption of content prior to refund, or other suspicious activity
- Refund requests must be submitted through your account or by contacting support at hello@hotelsfuture.com
For EU Customers:
By subscribing to a Memberships, you expressly consent to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is limited as described above.
For US and International Customers:

We reserve the right to deny any refund (including Refunds in Tips), revoke awarded Tips (including cashback), and/or terminate or suspend your account if we suspect abuse of the refund, cashback, or loyalty program policies. Abuse includes, but is not limited to, repeated refund requests, excessive consumption of content prior to refund, fraudulent activity, or any other suspicious or manipulative behavior.
5.11 Relationship with Memberships
- Individual course and Learning Path purchases are separate from membership subscriptions
- Purchasing a course or a Learning Path does not grant membership benefits beyond that specific course
- If you purchase a membership that includes courses or Learning Path you’ve already bought individually, no refund or credit will be provided for the individual purchase
5.12 Payment Processing
- We use third-party payment processors to handle all financial transactions
- By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of these payment processors
- We do not store full credit card information on our servers
5.13 Subscription Disclaimers
- No guarantee of specific outcomes or results from using our Platform
- Content availability may change over time
- Features may be added, modified, or removed during your subscription period
- Promotional offers, discount codes, cashback, and special pricing are available only to eligible users as specified in the promotion terms
- Cashback is considered a promotional benefit and is awarded as Tips (loyalty points) immediately after eligible purchases
- If a purchase is refunded, any cashback Tips awarded for that purchase will be deducted from the refund amount in accordance with Section 5.10
- Promotions, discounts, and cashback cannot be exchanged for cash or monetary credit, and may not be combined unless explicitly permitted
- All other terms regarding promotions, discounts, and special offers remain as previously stated
- We reserve the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at our sole discretion
- Promotions are typically limited to one per user/account unless otherwise specified
- All promotions have a specified validity period and expiration date
- Promotional codes must be applied at the time of purchase/subscription and cannot be applied retroactively
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired promotional codes
- Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted
- Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash or monetary credit
- Promotions may not be applicable to all courses or membership tiers
- Promotional discounts apply only to the initial subscription period unless otherwise specified
5.14.4 Modification and Cancellation
- We reserve the right to modify, extend, or terminate any promotion at any time
- In case of suspected fraud or technical issues, we may invalidate specific promotional codes or entire promotions
- We may revoke promotional benefits if obtained through unauthorized means or in violation of these Terms
6. Content and Platform License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
6.2 Content Access and Lifetime Access
Your subscription provides access to Content for the duration of your active membership. We do not guarantee lifetime access to any Content. If your subscription ends, your access to subscription-only Content will terminate.
6.3 Content Availability
We reserve the right to remove or modify Content at any time for any reason. While we strive to maintain all Content, we do not guarantee that any specific Content will remain available indefinitely.
6.4 Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from Platform Content
- Use the Platform or Content for any commercial purpose
- Transfer your account or subscription to another person
- Use the Platform to store or transmit malicious code or conduct illegal activities
- Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any portion of the Platform
- Circumvent or disable any security or technological features of the Platform
7. Learn&Earn Loyalty Program
7.1 Program Overview
The Learn&Earn program allows users to earn “Tips” by engaging with the Platform. Tips can be redeemed for discounts on subscriptions or individual courses and other benefits as described in our Learn&Earn Program Rules.
7.2 Earning Tips
Tips are earned through specified activities, including course completion, forum participation, and referrals. Earning rates may change with notice.
7.3 Redeeming Tips
Tips can be redeemed for benefits specified in our program materials. Redemption values may change with notice.
7.4 Expiration and Forfeiture
Tips do not expire after being earned unless otherwise specified. Tips are forfeited upon account termination or prolonged inactivity (6+ months).
7.5 Program Changes
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Learn&Earn program at any time with 30 days’ notice. In case of program termination, you will have 90 days to redeem accumulated Tips.
7.6 Tips Issued as Refunds
Tips may be issued as refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy (see Section 5.10). Tips issued as refunds are subject to the same terms and conditions as other Tips, including expiration, non-transferability, and forfeiture upon account termination or prolonged inactivity. Tips issued as refunds cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another user.
We reserve the right to deny any refund (including Refunds in Tips), revoke awarded Tips (including cashback), and/or terminate or suspend your account if we suspect abuse of the refund, cashback, or loyalty program policies. Abuse includes, but is not limited to, repeated refund requests, excessive consumption of content prior to refund, fraudulent activity, or any other suspicious or manipulative behavior.
8. User Content and Conduct
By submitting User Content, you grant Hotel’s Future a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Platform and our business operations.
8.1 User Content
“User Content” means any content you submit to the Platform, including profile information, comments, questions, reviews, and forum posts.
8.2 License to User Content
By submitting User Content, you grant Hotel’s Future a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Platform and our business operations.
8.3 User Content Representations
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content
- Your User Content does not infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any third party
- Your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws
8.4 Prohibited Content
You may not post User Content that:
- Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of privacy
- Contains hate speech, discrimination, or explicit content
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains unsolicited promotional materials or spam
- Impersonates any person or entity
- Contains software viruses or malicious code
8.5 Content Monitoring
We do not review all User Content before it is posted. We reserve the right to remove any User Content for any reason without notice. We are not responsible for any User Content posted by users.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
9.1 Hotel’s Future Content
All Content on the Platform, excluding User Content and certain Instructor Content, is owned by Hotel’s Future or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9.2 Trademarks
Hotel’s Future, the Hotel’s Future logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Hotel’s Future or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
9.3 Copyright Infringement
If you believe that any Content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please contact us at hello@hotelsfuture.com with the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material
- Your contact information
- A statement of your good faith belief that the material is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
10. Third-Party Links and Content
10.1 Third-Party Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We provide these links only as a convenience and are not responsible for the content, products, or services on or available from those websites.
10.2 Third-Party Content
Certain Content on the Platform may be provided by third parties. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of such Content and are not responsible for any third-party Content.
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the Platform. Upon termination, your right to access subscription content ceases.
11.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
We reserve the right to deny refunds, revoke Tips, and/or terminate accounts in cases of suspected abuse of the refund, cashback, or loyalty program policies.
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to subscription content will end
- Any outstanding payment obligations will remain
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue in effect
12. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SUITABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
12.2 Content Disclaimer
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any Content. Any reliance you place on such Content is strictly at your own risk.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOTEL’S FUTURE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM
- ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PLATFORM
- ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE PLATFORM
- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT
13.2 Cap on Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL HOTEL’S FUTURE’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO HOTEL’S FUTURE DURING THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
13.3 Exclusions
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain types of damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hotel’s Future and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
15. Dispute Resolution
15.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Mandatory Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by the International Chamber of Commerce International Court of Arbitration under its rules. The arbitration shall take place in Prague, Czechia, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction
15.3 Class Action Waiver
YOU AND HOTEL’S FUTURE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
15.4 Exceptions
Nothing in these Terms will prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from the courts for matters related to data security, intellectual property, or unauthorized access to the Platform.
16. General Provisions
16.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Hotel’s Future on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hotel’s Future concerning the Platform.
16.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.
16.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without Hotel’s Future’s prior written consent. Hotel’s Future may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
16.5 Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, government action, labor disputes, or Internet service disruptions.
